Service description

Zelix AgentOS is a business CRM built and operated by Zelix Labs, a company based in Singapore. These terms govern use of Zelix AgentOS by an organisation (a "workspace") and its authorised users.

Accounts and acceptable use

An account owner is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the workspace and for the conduct of users they invite. Accounts may not be used for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable law, or to attempt to access another organisation's data.

Plans and pricing

Plans are priced in United States dollars (USD), exclusive of any applicable taxes. Applicable taxes, where they apply, are added to the amount charged. You may upgrade your plan at any time; upgrades are charged immediately on a prorated basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with no charge for the change itself.

Free trial

New workspaces receive a 14 day free trial of the plan selected at signup. No payment card is required to start a trial.

Subscriptions and billing

Once a payment card is added, subscriptions charge automatically to the stored card on a monthly basis until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle: the workspace keeps its plan features until that date, and is not billed again afterward.

Refunds

Charges are not refunded for partial billing periods, including when a workspace is cancelled or downgraded partway through a paid month.

Failed payments

If a monthly charge fails, Zelix will notify the account owner and retry the charge. A workspace with a payment that remains unresolved may be suspended, and, after further notice, deactivated.

Data on deactivation

A deactivated workspace retains its data for 60 days from the date of deactivation. After that period, the data may be permanently deleted.

Changes to these terms

Zelix may update these terms from time to time. Where a change is material, affected account owners will be notified before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
